When a month has a 5th Sunday, we do Service Sunday!

This week instead of our usual Sunday service, we will come together to do a service project to benefit our community. Kids and youth are invited to join in, so there will not be a kids class or youth group that Sunday. Hope to see you there!

 

For October we will have three different projects going. 

1. One group will be tying off blankets for Bags of Love. You do not need to have sewing skills to help with this! They are in desperate need of blankets and we are thrilled to be able to help them out!

2. The second group will be cooking up caramel apples in the kitchen. The apples will be going to Hosea Youth. 

3. The third group will be writing short nots of love and encouragement. These will be included in the care bags and attached to the caramel apples. 

It will be a fun Sunday of service with something for everyone to do! Even if you don't feel led to do any of these projects, we hope you will stay and visit. :)
